We have found that modern contemporary properties with high end/gourmet kitchens, large bedrooms, with high speed internet access, minimum two bathroom properties do best. In the summer months the larger oceanfront properties (5 bedrooms plus) and downtown 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos do very well! In the winter months (especially January to March when all the snowbirds come from back east) 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms condos do best!

Our professional cleaning concierge service provides the best cleaning services to our clients. Prior to your return our team will have thoroughly prepared your property to ensure it is ready for you to come home to. All cleaning services are charged back to the guest.

If agreeable to the homeowner, small dogs are allowable (a larger security deposit is taken). With more people traveling with their pets, restricting pets may impact our ability to find clients for your home. Children: We encourage our property owners to allow children, especially in the high summer season, as this makes the property more marketable.

Your home should be "Hotel Standard Clean", fridge clear, cupboard space available, personal effects gone, bedroom and bathroom free of clutter, any "priceless or objects of sentimental value" should be stored.
